Restaurant Pollevie is hiring!

Are you passionate about gastronomy and is sustainability an important topic to you? Would you like to participate in creating an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests, with a focus on high-quality dishes that are mostly plantpased?

Pollevie is a contemporary restaurant with a strong focus on vegetarian dishes. We work with a local foodgarden and foodforest to discover new and sustainable ingredients. In our fermentation lab we apply all sorts of slow technics, often involving micro-organisms, to create new tastes.  

We are looking for people that can help us in the kitchen. All levels of experience are welcome. Would you prefer working on the serving side of our restaurant? We’re looking for new members of our front team as well!
